How Long Does It Take?

Items ordered on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays will usually be delivered up to 5 working days (excluding weekends) within the UK.

How Our Delivery Service Works?

At Urban Frog Tackle we aspire to offer our customers a delivery experience which is quick, efficient and hassle-free. 

We use Royal Mail, which offers an efficient service across the UK and overseas. Every attempt is made by ourselves and the courier to ensure your parcel is with you as quickly and efficienlty as possible.

How Do We Notify You About The Order Delivery?

Once your order is packed and ready to be dispatched, we will send you the shipment notification email.

If only part of the items ordered is ready to be dispatched, we will process this for you as soon as possible and the remaining items will be delivered as soon as they are available in stock.

What To Do If There Is A Problem With The Delivery

Urban Frog Tackle relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word’ there can be occasions when the couriers let us down and do not deliver within the specified delivery time. On the rare occasion that this does happen, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt Urban Frog Tackle will not refund any delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the anticipated delivery date.

If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it or there is a problem with your delivery then please don't hesitate to give us a call on +44 20 3582 0803. We will then work with the courier to ensure a delivery day is provided.

If you are unlucky enough to receive damaged or faulty goods or you would like to return an item please see below for the best ways in which to proceed.

Unwanted Goods

  • Any unwanted goods that have been purchased within 14 days of receipt/proof of purchase, can be returned.

  • These must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Items can be returned for a refund or an exchange.

  • If you are returning goods via post, please obtain proof of the postage so you have evidence they have been posted.

  • Please ensure to enclose a cover letter in your returned parcel including your name, billing address, and order number. Failure to enclose any identifying information may result in significant delays when replacing or refunding your item(s).

  • All unwanted items must be sent to our return address at your own expense.


 

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

  • Any incorrect orders or damaged goods must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt.

  • Subject to inspection, these will be replaced as soon as possible at no expense to you.

  • A cover note detailing the returned item(s) and the action required, is a necessity if you wish for it to be processed quickly and efficiently. You can use the PDF download at the bottom of the page.

  • If you are returning goods via post, please obtain proof of the postage so you have evidence they have been posted.

  • Subject to inspection, Postage costs Royal Mail 48 hr tracked costs will be reimbursed or the equivalent value (Not including fast courier services such as DHL, DPD, UPS etc.)

  • These goods will only be exchanged or refunded if they have not been used, worn, or otherwise soiled and are in their original, undamaged packaging.
